I would like to thank my good friend Eva for allowing me to publish her prune cake cocktail recipe. To begin the preparation process, first you should take out a standard size cocktail shaker. You will then want to pour into this vessel the prune juice, fresh ground cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, vanilla bean rum, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed ice. Next place the lid on to the shaker, and enthusiastically mix the beverage together until you have a smooth and creamy color. You will then want to pour the cocktail into a chilled Collins glass. Wrap the glass with a napkin, and drink the cocktail while it's ice cold. With regard to the prune juice, you can also use apple juice instead if that's all you have. If you can't get your hands on any vanilla bean rum, then you can substitute that by using regular white rum, and a couple drops of liquid vanilla extract.
